Amazon is the worlds largest e-commerce retailer in the world and continues to grow. They have new options and features for its audience every day. They are basically specializing in every industry. You can purchase virtually anything from their site. If you’re an Amazon prime member, your purchase will be there in 2 days or less. It is a win for everyone involved. They market to new audiences through influencer sponsorships on social media. They also advertise a variety of products and services by leveraging Instagrammers and YouTubers. Some of their hashtags are #amazonfresh#primeday,  and #primenow.

Amazon uses YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and Twitter as their social media channels. Among the tech industry’s elite, Amazon stands above all others as the best for society. Amazon‘s influencer program is the e-commerce giant’s initiative in which members can earn commission from items they sell.

Some of the ways that Amazon can remain being the leader in this industry is by ensuring trustworthy product reviews. Smaller retailers have more control over the quality and legitimacy of their merchandise and reviews than giants like Amazon. Amazon should emphasize trustworthy brands on their website. Reduce user effort and anxiety. Amazon’s experience is all about options — often thousands of them. Reducing the amount of effort it takes for users to complete activities on their site should be a general goal.
